Shipping Information:
Please note that all orders currently have a processing time of 1-2 weeks. Some orders may ship sooner, but we will contact you if for some reason your order hasn't shipped within processing time frame.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not see order information please check your spam folder.
Standard shipping is USPS First Class 3-7 day shipping.
Priority Upgrade shipping is USPS 2-3 day Priority shipping.
Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times. Once they leave our shop, we cannot change, edit, or cancel your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please email us at shopolifinns@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order.
Cancellations are usually possible within 24 hours of ordering.

Do you do custom orders and designs?
So sorry, we are not accepting custom orders at this time.
If I get the Priority shipping upgrade, will my order ship faster?
Even with the upgrading shipping, there is still the 1-2 week processing time. You will receive tracking once your order has shipped within the processing time (standard processing times does not apply to custom orders), and you can track your order via USPS. We cannot guarantee USPS shipping times.
I want a different color/style shirt that you don't have. Can you get other colors or different styles?
We will try our best! Just send us an email with what color or style you are wanting, and we will give you different options of what is available.
